Knight Farm Machinery is now fitting advanced Müller Elektronik control systems as standard equipment on all its self-propelled crop sprayers and offering them as options on all other models.
The Müller controllers are available in two families with different levels of sophistication. Both feature a single terminal and multi-function joystick that replace all the different control boxes usually found in a sprayer cab and allow the operator to control all the sprayer functions conveniently and with full logic.
In addition to the standard family, Knight offers a high-specification version with a full-colour screen, automatic boom levelling, GPS automatic nozzle switching and ISOBUS compatibility. Knight can customise the system to customers’ requirements.
‘The Müller controllers are a big step forward in sprayer technology’, said Brian Knight, managing director. ‘They are well designed and sophisticated, but most importantly they are practical systems that are easy to use and make spraying easier and more accurate. The ISOBUS model can connect directly to a tractor with an ISOBUS computer terminal without the need for additional control boxes in the cab’.
