Low-Till farming is all about creating a growing environment in one pass without loosing valuable soil moisture. It sounds simple but we all know it takes more than words to get the job done!
At Knight Farm Machinery, we listen to your demands. The result is the latest development of the Triple Press Cultivator. This machine is much more than a traditional press – cultivator. We have designed a heavy duty tool frame to carry your choice of cultivation components.

The idea of a press ring with a sharp point and a broad shoulder to improve clod-splitting performance in hard soils and resist 'diving in' in soft conditions was first introduced to the cultivation world back in 1998 on the Knight Triple Press. This principal has revolutionised press design, a contribution recognised by the Royal Agricultural Society of England (R.A.S.E.) when awarding the prestigious Gold Medal in 1999.

| Each press ring is constructed from three cast steel segments bolted to a flexible steel spoke plate. The spoke plates are, in turn, welded to a tubular axle forming an assembly of up to 10 rings depending on the overall working width of the machine. This patented "Revolver" ring technology allows the individual rings to flex, avoids breakage and keeps the ring revolving as part of the complete assembly. Field trials have proven that this "open centre" design will keep going when others block. | ![]() |

For conditions where tines are not suitable the Triple Press Disc Module can be used. Each disc unit is fitted with a rubber cushion to reduce shock loads and prolong bearing life. The arrangement of the discs and the use of a separate levelling element produce a very even finish. |
